How-to-do Steps
- Start in a standard front plank position, with your forearms on the ground and your body in a straight line.
- While keeping your core tight, tap one foot out to the side as far as you can.
- Bring the foot back to the starting position.
- Repeat with the other foot.
- Continue alternating toe taps for the desired number of repetitions or time.
