How-to-do Steps
- Stand upright holding an EZ barbell with a close grip, palms facing up.
- Keep your elbows close to your torso and curl the barbell towards your shoulders.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
