How-to-do Steps
- Extend your arm in front of you with your palm facing up.
- Use your opposite hand to gently press down on your fingers, stretching the forearm.
- Rotate your arm to turn the palm down and continue to apply gentle pressure to stretch the opposite side of the forearm.
- Repeat the rotation and stretch for each side several times.
