Keep the dumbbells at shoulder height and your elbows up throughout the squat to maintain an upright torso and proper form.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
- Keep your chest up and core braced as you lower into a squat, pushing your hips back and down.
- Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
- Drive through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
