How-to-do Steps
- Stand a couple of feet in front of a bench or raised platform and place one foot behind you on the bench.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- Lower your hips toward the floor so that your rear knee comes close to the ground.
- Press through your front heel to return to the starting position.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
