How-to-do Steps
- Attach a single handle to a low pulley cable machine and position yourself on a preacher bench.
- Grab the handle with one hand and place the back of your upper arm against the pad.
- Curl the handle towards your shoulder while keeping your upper arm stationary.
- Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
