How-to-do Steps
- Stand upright holding a towel with both hands at shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms in front of you at chest level.
- Pull the ends of the towel apart as if trying to rip it, squeezing your biceps.
- Hold the squeeze for a few seconds.
- Release the tension slightly before the next squeeze.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
