How-to-do Steps

  1. Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides.
  2. Bend your knees and lift them towards your chest.
  3. Rotate your hips to one side, bringing your knees towards the floor.
  4. Keep your upper back and shoulders flat on the ground.
  5. Return to the center and then twist to the other side.
  6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
