How-to-do Steps
- Stand up straight with a barbell held at arm's length, grip shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your elbows close to your torso and curl the weights while contracting your biceps.
- Continue to lift the weight until your biceps are fully contracted and the bar is at shoulder level.
- Hold the contracted position for a brief pause, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
