How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, barbell resting on your upper back.
- Brace your core and descend into a squat, going down only a quarter of the full squat depth.
- Drive through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
