How-to-do Steps
- Begin with a barbell across your front shoulders, with your hands crossed to hold it in place or in a front rack position.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower into a squat, keeping your back straight and elbows high.
- Pause at the bottom for a count of two.
- Drive through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
