How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, stepping on one end of the band.
  2. Hold the other end of the band with one hand, palm facing forward.
  3. Curl your arm upwards, squeezing your bicep at the top of the movement.
  4. Slowly lower your hand back down to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
