How-to-do Steps

  1. Lie on your back with your hands by your sides and legs extended straight up towards the ceiling.
  2. Lower one leg towards the ground, tapping the floor with your toes if possible.
  3. Raise the leg back to the starting position while simultaneously lowering the opposite leg to tap the floor.
  4. Alternate tapping the floor with each leg, keeping your core engaged and your lower back pressed into the floor.
