How-to-do Steps
- Stand or sit with your back straight, holding a plate or dumbbell with both hands at chest level.
- Press the weight directly in front of you until your arms are fully extended.
- Squeeze your chest muscles, then slowly bring the weight back to your chest.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
