How-to-do Steps
- Stand in the center of an imaginary square.
- Step to one corner of the square and touch the ground by the corner with your hand.
- Quickly return to the center and then step to the next corner, touching the ground.
- Continue this pattern, moving in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
- Perform the desired number of touches for each corner.
