Standing Hip Horizontal and Saggital Rotation
Expert Advice
Maintain a stable core and upright posture to ensure the rotations are coming from the hips and not compensating with excessive lower back movement.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on your hips.
- Rotate one hip forward and upward, then circle it out to the side and back in a smooth motion.
- Reverse the direction for the same hip, performing a backward and downward rotation.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching hips.
