How-to-do Steps
- Sit on a padded stool with your arms at your sides and palms facing in.
- Lift your arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor.
- Step out to one side while maintaining the arm position.
- Step back in and lower your arms.
- Repeat on the opposite side and continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
