How-to-do Steps
- Sit on a padded stool with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands at chest level with palms facing out.
- Press your hands up and out at an incline angle while stepping one foot out to the side.
- Return your hands and foot to the starting position.
- Alternate the stepping foot with each repetition.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
