How-to-do Steps
- Set the rings just above the ground and assume a push-up position with your hands in the rings.
- Perform a push-up, keeping your body straight.
- As you come up, rotate your body and extend one arm towards the ceiling, transitioning into a side plank.
- Rotate back to the push-up position and perform another push-up.
- Alternate the side plank on each side after each push-up.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
