How-to-do Steps
- Stand perpendicular to the suspension trainer and hold one ring with the hand closest to it.
- Lean back to create tension, keeping your body straight.
- Pull the ring towards your chest, keeping your arm close to your body.
- Slowly extend your arm to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
