How-to-do Steps
- Adjust the suspension rings so that they are just above waist height.
- Grasp the rings and step forward into a staggered stance for balance.
- Lean forward with your arms extended out to the sides, maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
- Bring your hands together in front of you, squeezing your chest muscles.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
