How-to-do Steps
- Begin in a standard push-up position.
- Perform a push-up and as you come up, rotate your body to one side, extending the same side arm towards the ceiling.
- Return to the push-up position and perform another push-up.
- Rotate to the opposite side after the next push-up.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
