How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and engage your core.
  2. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, palms facing forward.
  3. Bring your arms together in front of your chest, crossing one hand over the other.
  4. Pulse your arms back out to a 'crossover' position without fully extending them.
  5. Continue pulsing for the desired number of repetitions before switching the top hand.
