How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the leverage machine with your chest against the pad.
- Grasp the machine handles with your arms extended.
- Exhale and lift the handles out to the sides, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Inhale and slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
