Maintain a slight arch in your lower back and keep your chest up throughout the movement to maximize pectoral engagement.
How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the leverage machine with your back against the pad.
- Grasp the handles with a full grip and position your arms at chest level.
- Press the handles forward by extending your arms, exhaling as you push.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position while inhaling.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
