Expert Advice
Focus on maintaining tension in the towel throughout the exercise to engage the shoulder muscles effectively.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a towel taut with both hands at thigh level.
- With arms slightly bent, raise your arms out to the sides, keeping tension on the towel, until they are parallel to the floor.
- Hold the position briefly, then slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
