Keep your elbows slightly bent and fixed throughout the movement to maintain tension on your shoulder muscles.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your elbows slightly and keep them fixed in this position.
- Raise your arms out to the sides until they are parallel with the floor, while exhaling.
- Pause at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position, while inhaling.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
