How-to-do Steps
- Kneel down with one knee on the ground and the other foot in front.
- Grasp the end of the barbell attached to the landmine with both hands at chest level.
- Press the weight up and away from your body, fully extending your arms.
- Slowly return to the starting position while maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
