How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, kettlebells between your feet.
- Bend at the hips and knees, gripping the kettlebells with palms facing in.
- Drive through your hips to lift the kettlebells, keeping them close to your body.
- Rotate your wrists as the kettlebells rise to the rack position at shoulder height.
- Lower the kettlebells back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
