How-to-do Steps
- Lie face down on the floor with a kettlebell in each hand, arms extended in front of you.
- Keep your head and chest slightly lifted off the floor.
- Raise the kettlebells out to the sides, keeping your arms straight, until they are in line with your shoulders.
- Lower the kettlebells back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
