How-to-do Steps

  1. Clean two kettlebells to the rack position, standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Perform a short dip by bending your knees, then quickly extend your legs and press the kettlebells overhead.
  3. Drop under the kettlebells by quickly bending your knees again and catching the weights overhead with your arms extended.
  4. Stand up to complete the jerk before lowering the kettlebells back to the rack position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
