Maintain a controlled motion without using momentum. Keep your elbows close to your torso throughout the exercise.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand with arms extended down.
- Curl the kettlebells up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the kettlebells back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
