How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ-bar in front of your thighs with an overhand grip.
- Raise the bar smoothly in front of you to shoulder height, keeping your arms straight.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
