How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level with palms facing each other.
- Press the dumbbells straight up until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder level.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
