How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- Raise one dumbbell in front of you, keeping your arm straight, until it is at shoulder height.
- Lower the dumbbell back down in a controlled manner while simultaneously raising the other dumbbell.
- Continue alternating arms for the desired number of repetitions.
