How-to-do Steps
- Lie flat on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
- Press the dumbbells up above your chest until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the dumbbells back down to the sides of your chest in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
