How-to-do Steps
- Lie face down on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, lift the dumbbells out to the sides until they are in line with your shoulders.
- Hold the contraction for a moment at the top.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
