How-to-do Steps
- Lie on an incline bench set to a 45-degree angle with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level.
- Press one dumbbell up until your arm is fully extended, then lower it back to the starting position.
- Alternate with the other arm, keeping the non-working arm at the ready.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions on each arm.
