Diagonal Front Scoop Raise
Expert Advice
Focus on maintaining a strong core and avoid using momentum to lift the arms; the movement should be driven by the chest muscles.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
- Simultaneously lift both arms diagonally in front of you, as if scooping up water, until they are at shoulder height.
- Lower your arms back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, alternating the diagonal direction with each rep.
