How-to-do Steps
- Stand facing away from the cable machine with the pulley set at the lowest position.
- Grasp the cable handles with an overhand grip.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, raise your arms straight in front of you to shoulder height.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
