Cable Standing Crossover High Reverse Fly

How-to-do Steps

  1. Attach two single handles to the high pulleys on a cable machine and select the desired weight.
  2. Stand in the center of the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Grasp the left handle with your right hand and the right handle with your left hand, crossing them in front of you.
  4. With a slight bend in your elbows, open your arms out to the sides, pulling the handles down and across your body.
  5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position with control.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
