Keep your elbows slightly bent and avoid locking them out at the end of the press to maintain tension on the chest muscles.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand in the center of a cable machine with both pulleys set to chest height.
- Grab the handles with your palms facing down and step forward into a staggered stance.
- Press the handles forward and together, squeezing your chest at the end of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
