Cable One Arm Neutral-Grip Front Raise
Expert Advice
Keep your core engaged and avoid using momentum to lift the weight; the movement should be slow and controlled.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand facing away from the cable machine with the handle attached at the lowest setting.
- Grasp the handle with a neutral grip (palm facing in) and stand upright with a slight bend in your knees.
- With a straight arm, lift the handle up in front of you to shoulder height.
- Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
