Set the bench at a 30-45 degree incline to target the upper chest. Keep your feet planted and drive through your heels to maintain stability throughout the exercise.
How-to-do Steps
- Set an incline bench between two cable towers and adjust the pulleys to the lowest position.
- Lie on the bench with your feet flat on the floor and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
- Press the handles up and together over your chest, fully extending your arms.
- Slowly lower the handles back down to the sides of your chest.
- Keep your movements controlled and avoid letting the weights touch down.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
