Cable Crossover Reverse Fly

Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement and focus on using your rear deltoids to perform the fly.

How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand in the center of a cable crossover station with the pulleys set at the highest position.
  2. Grab the left pulley with your right hand and the right pulley with your left hand, crossing them in front of you.
  3. With a slight bend in your elbows, open your arms out to the sides, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly return your arms to the crossed position in front of you.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
