How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand perpendicular to the cable machine with the handle at the lowest setting.
  2. Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
  3. Grasp the cable handle with the hand furthest from the machine.
  4. Raise your arm out to the side until it is parallel with the floor, keeping your elbow slightly bent.
  5. Lower the handle back to the starting position with control.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
