How-to-do Steps
- Stand perpendicular to the cable machine with the handle at the lowest setting.
- Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
- Grasp the cable handle with the hand furthest from the machine.
- Raise your arm out to the side until it is parallel with the floor, keeping your elbow slightly bent.
- Lower the handle back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
