Expert Advice
Control the movement both on the way up and down to keep tension on the shoulder muscles and prevent swinging.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a bottle in each hand at your sides.
- With palms facing in, lift the bottles out to the sides to shoulder height.
- Keep your torso stationary and avoid using momentum.
- Pause at the top, then slowly lower the bottles back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
