How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a bottle in each hand at your sides.
- Bend your elbows and lift the bottles towards your armpits, keeping your hands close to your body.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the bottles back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
