How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms behind your back, parallel to the floor.
- Quickly bring your hands together in a clapping motion.
- Return your arms to the extended position without losing tension.
- Repeat the clapping motion for the desired number of repetitions.
