How-to-do Steps
- Anchor the band at a low point and stand facing away from the anchor.
- Grasp the handles with arms extended and a slight bend in the elbows.
- With palms facing forward, open your arms wide to the sides.
- Squeeze your chest to bring the handles back together in a hugging motion.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
